There might actually be a Launchpad bug regarding bug mail not making it
to Launchpad mailing lists. I've reported it but don't think it should
prevent the change from happening. Perhaps you could also subscribe me
in addition to bug control in in the interim?

Hm, that would mean to spam practically everyone with lots of bugs
everytime. ubuntu-bugcontrol is perhaps a a little too much?
