I Have the same problem, I tried the sudo and also the reload, and i am

I suspect this is a duplicate of #466321 - could you please check if
sudo apt-get update (in a terminal) or a synaptic reload fixes the
problem?

hi just out of curiosity did you double click on the apps you want to
install? Yes ans still not able to see the install button? No, then you
must double click on the app which will open a tab where you will find
the install button.
