I tried several different oggs, embedded in ogm, mkv and standalone
music files. It might be platform and distribution specific, as I didn't
have this problem with either my PC or my ibook and breezy.
A sample that didn't work was http://www.vorbis.com/music/Lumme-
Badloop.ogg

Might that be platform specific? Have you tried several oggs or a
specific one a specific set of oggs? Can you provide use with a sample
that won't work on your computer?
