Ubuntu specific changes were incorporated in latest debian package

    + Rebuild against libmysql6.0-cil
    + Update to Standards 3.8.2 (no changes needed)
    + Add explicit build-dep on libmono-data2.0-cil (Closes: #534018)

    + Deterministic get-orig-source rule (persistent md5sum)
