And another thing that might be helpful, please try playing the same
video with another movie player, VLC or whatever, to see if it behaves
the same way as totem, if it has the same behavior, if has the same
behavior, then we can rule out totem as the cause of it.

monitor. Video playback works fine with "mirror" mode, but not
otherwise.

the proper apport. When I try to run apport-collect, I get "command not
found". When I run apport-cli, I get "No pending crash reports." I've
