Public bug reported:
Folder properties dialog selected under Plasma Workspace didn't show tab
"share".
On attachments, we can see that the same folder(/home/test/Desktop/foldertest)
have its properties, depending if was called by dolphin, or Plasma.
On right side, properties tab are selected under dolphin, and it show "share
tab", on left it doesn't appears. Perhaps because desktop:// protocol
It's possible due to recognition of Location. On plasma, its base is
url=desktop://, if location settings is changed to url=~/Desktop it
works like on dolphin, showing the "share" tab.
