I found the reason of this bug. When I try to load a file, there are a
button to load the file that say "all the files"; this is the
responsible of the problem. If I change this for "text documents" I can
load the file without problem.
Please take note about this bug.

The answer is Yes, the problem is reproducible. The most strange of this bug
is that no have problem with the recent docs I made one month ago. For
reproduce this bug you can treat to load any of the files I have send you
with this post.
