latest packages?
If yes, please post the version of Ubuntu you are running as well as some
information about your hardware and which drivers you are using. It may also
help if you attach /var/log/kern.log to this bug.
it seems the problems are gone. i have others relating to stuttering
sound but i believe this is not a problem of the distro.
