most of the things reported can be done only modifying gfxboot source
code, AFAIK there's no make option to select the default keyboard
layout neither to associate some languages (german) to some other
keyboard layout (swiss).
so for me this bug is a won't fix cause we're not going to generate
If I'm not missing something I think these should be addressed by
gfxboot-theme-ubuntu

do you see any way to have Swiss Keyboard German language as default
on the live CD? Any hint? I'm about to build a Remix due next week - it
would be great to have this well implemented ...
