I had to re-install the OS.
and this time I moved first the bar to the bottom and then made it hidden...
(not all in the same step).
and now its working ok..

well... when the bar isnt there not, I tried moving the mouse on all the 4
sides just in case but nothing appears..
but sometimes when the menubar is there (at the bottom) nothing happens, I mean
I click on it but looks like its halted...
(when I turn off the OS it says "panel not responding")

If you move your mouse down, right to the bottom of the screen does the
menu bar appear?
