Hi Paz! And what if you wait an hour or so? When I reboot, I always have access to Internet, but I start having the noise floor calibration failed error after half an hour to an hour. ... and I am using 2.6.31-17 and I am having the problem. Do you imly I should downgrade to 2.6.31-16? Cheers!

Hi, nice to meet you. I will try loading the modules. I have had a reduction in error messages by blacklisting ath5k and ath9k, and then loading the ath5k module after the desktop installs, using modprobe. After loading the module I get between 2 and 5 or so, error messages but that's it.
