ok, now the link is ok. So the daemon does not crash... but it doesn't sync my
local folder with the remote one... there's something more to investigate.

to /dev/random:
-paste the output of: ls -la ~/Ubuntu One/Shared With Me;
-remove broken symbolic links and re-run client .

Hi nikkon,
Looks like the ~/Ubuntu One/Shared with Me symlink is broken and the
client is trying to create it.
Could you confirm this?

Why the solution is so simply and stupid? It's not a Linux way. =)
All what I did - remove symbolic links and re-run client .
All works perfectly. Thanks a lot. Sorry for disturbing.
