I had a look at your /etc/fstab, and it does contain the affected device
(/media/2747-5097), but it's commented out (as most of those devices),
so it shouldn't get in the way.
Can you please unmount the stick/card, log in as your wife, and then do
devkit-disks --mount /dev/sde1
mount

When i remove the usb-Stick, the log out. then my wife logs in, and i
insert the stick. That does not help.
It seems to me that the usb-Stick is magically mounted for user with
UID 1000 and GID 100. But not for others.
Even a reboot with only login of the second user does not mount the disk
with
Only one user can mount a drive at a time. If only your wife is logged
in at seat two, can she access the usb stick/sd card?
