This should be complete cleaned up on the 10.04 alpha 4 disks. I'm
sorry to report that this is unlikely to be backported to early
releases.

Thanks Marc. Does anyone know if this will ever become available for
9.04? If not I might downgrade to 0.21, if I can work out how! Thanks
everyone.

Sorry Mario, you're right.
I had enabled the testing repo in MCC before and still appeared as
marked, but I'm afraid I disabled it from Synaptic.

Hi all, first time poster here, and a relative newbie to mythbuntu. Is
this only fixed for 9.10? I'm running 9.04 and I still get the same
broken dependencies issue. My Mythbuntu Control Centre doens't have the
option for the testing repo but I've enabled it in using dpkg-
reconfigure
Mythexport still asks for broken dependencies in current autobuilds
(mythtv 0.22.0-fixes23473-0ubuntu0+mythbuntu3).

Make sure you have the testing repo enabled too. You can find it on the

No, that mean that your version of nuvexport doesn't use the new
libmythtv-perl package. You will need to remove it and find one that
works with it. You can open a new bug on that issue. I am closing this
bug as it no longer valid.

It's not when installing, but when upgrading an existing install. This
is the output with testing repos enabled:

Run: sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
This will install the new libmythtv-perl package and the newer versions
of mythexport, mythtv-backend, etc.

But it will also uninstall nuvexport. Or is this part of the mythexport

I cannot confirm this. Even after enabling the testing repos and

You can disable it now that you have the newer version if you like. Thanks
