My system's clock frequently changes to an incorrect time (off by a few
hours or days but the minutes appear to be accurate). It doesn't appear
to occur when it syncs with network time servers because when I manually
sync it through gnome's time settings, it becomes accurate.

(This occurs in Dapper drake with the latest updates. I also noticed
that the time was off when I ran the live cd. Though I guess it could be
a hardware issue, I never have experienced this before with my system -
and it hadn't occurred with the Dapper beta which I had installed before
I did a clean install of the final version)
