The same problem appears to me with 6.06.1 and 6.10. Problem is that connection doen't get DNS servers from ISP (look into /etc/resolv.conf). After restarting networking sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart you get dns and everything is working ok. Could be some problem with dhcpclient. -- Probl
