Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: evince
In evince ( 2.29.3-0ubuntu1) there is not feature to copy a hyperlink
URI in a PDF document.
Testcase
----------------------
1) Mouse over a hyperlink
2) Right click context menu
3) the menu has no option to copy the URI
The context menu can have 'Open Link' and 'Copy Link Address' options
