Hi,
Looking at the logs, you'r hitting the same bug as in Bug #502717
basically non-valid utf-8 file names.

Contrary to what I said, and contrary to the other bug reported, after
launching UbuntuOne once again during the same session, it reconnects
automatically and starts sync files update.
I have 15 GB of new files and updates to upload. Will see the outcome... later
on.
Note: Nautilus doesn't
8 hours later, nothing to see on U1 side really..
From the system monitor I can see that CPU has been under constant load
80-100% during all that time.
Process ubuntuone-syncdaemon is taking 90-100% of CPU (2).
Network traffic close to nothing.
RAM usage 68%, 1.3 GB / 2 GB. Swap file 0.5% of 5
