changelog handling instead on home-brewed version.

Tomasz, your patch doesn't actually fix this issues, since
packages.ubuntu.com doesn't support a changelog:foo synthax (like
Debian does), so switching from packages.debian.com to
packages.ubuntu.com results in an error. This applies to other parts of
your patch as well.

Attached is a rough patch for using packages.ubuntu.com instead of Debian
hardcoded hosts. I'm also talking to the author of wajig about changing it in
upstream. WIll keep you up to date.
