scripts/casper-bottom/25configure_init will remove /root/etc/rc?.d/[SK]??[gkx]dm, but gdm uses /etc/init/gdm.conf instead of /etc/rc?.d/[SK]??[gkx]dm. Thus textonly boot parameter does not work. -- textonly parameter has no effect when booting from usb-stick
