i noticed that, a new plugin that I installed caused this.
while saving, if I check "accelerate using firedownload" (checked by default),
no target dir is asked.
if i uncheck it, target dir is asked as expected.
So, problem seems in firedownload plugin.
howto notify owners of that plugin ?
