Public bug reported: Binary package hint: plasma-widget-networkmanagement
Ubuntu version: 9.10 Package version: 0.9~svn1029786+ag1-0ubuntu1 The notifications configurable under the "Network Management" event source under "Notifications" in System Settings are not all working. Some are working, but some are not. For example, "Network Connection Succeeded" does not seem to trigger anything, regardless of what is configured to happen, but "Network Interface Attached" is fully functional. I have not investigated exactly which notifications work and which do not. One of the functions this bug affects is the ability to run scripts upon connection to a network, using the option provided in the notification settings, which makes it slightly more important than simply a usability issue caused by the lack of visual or audible notifications. ** Affects: plasma-widget-networkmanagement (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Some network notifications are broken https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/506453 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to plasma-widget-networkmanagement in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-b...@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
