Due to build issues, etoys is not in ubuntu universe. Packages in
universe can not depend on packages in multiverse. If etoys is a
dependency, sugar fall out of universe into multiverse.
The proper fix will be to work with the Debian FTP masters to ship etoys
as a free package.

Looks like a dependency on "etoys" is missing? sugar-0.88 should depend
on at least etoys-4.0.2339, see
