If this is still an issue for you with the latest version of Ubuntu you
can reopen this bug by changing the 'Status' to 'New'. The status of a
bug report can be modified by clicking on the current status in the
yellow line, which will reveal a sub menu. You can then set a new status
in the drop
@Victor, have you tried to change your credentials at
https://one.ubuntu.com/auth/login/ and then resync your ubuntuone-
client? Please remember that you have to write all your report using
