Looking at http://moinmo.in/HelpOnParsers, neither using '#!csharp' nor
'#!highlight csharp' worked, so it seems wiki.ubuntu.com is using a
moinmoin version which still does not support the pygments highlighter.

Wiki page updated but I can't seem to get the syntax highlighting
