hibernate to this bug please?

I installed Ubuntu 9.10 standard desktop edition on the Toshiba NB305
(Atom powered netbook). Most features work, however the machine will
not wake from sleep.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install Ubuntu 9.10 on the Toshiba NB305
2) Put the newly installed system to sleep either
