I updated the usbip kernel drivers to build for 3.0.0. This works for
me on oneiric.

usbip-source does not build against linux-headers-2.6.31-17-generic
this issue is also present in Maverick 10.10 with 2.6.35-22-generic
kernel, and in debian squeeze with kernel 2.6.32-5.
the module-assistant log file generated during compilation in ubuntu
maverick is attached.
