Binary package hint: gnome-themes-extras
The spherecrystal theme in gnome-themes extras makes the vertical
scrollbar very nice and pretty, but the horizontal scrollbar is just a
solid darkish-blue color. Instead, it should look like the vertical
scrollbar, but sideways.
This is probably very, very low priority, but I thought I should file it
anyway.
