Public bug reported:
1st boot, tv car is assigned to /dev/video0 + webcam assigned to /dev/video1
2nd, 3rd boot, all the same
4th boot, switches. tvcard now on /dev/video1
5th boot, switches back
Continues to switch over randomly. VERY FUSTRATING.
No changes to udev and no changes to devices and certainly no changes to video
devices.
