Because my installed system are ttf-mscorefonts-installer package
already installed, I removed before I do the test.

Thanks. From your log it tooks 3mn to download and install all the fonts.
That's acceptable.
However, since a new version of the package was recently released changing the
way the mirrors are tried, I'll leave this report open for a month and monitor
if there are similar cases.
