Well, the last few updates, every single package either had no changelog
at all, or presented the full changelog back until the first release -
except the dates were carefully deleted.
I'd say this is completely, utterly broken.

I have seen it quite a few times. Initially I thought it was related to
mirror I was using. But it looks like changelogs are hosted somewhere
else.
