Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apport

I just did a fresh install of Ubuntu Lucid daily-live (from yesterday) on a
virtual machine and experienced the following problem: I wanted to report a bug
via apport-bug, but running this command resulted in the error "Could not
import module, is a package upgrade in progress? Error: No module named
simplejson".
This can be fixed by manually installing the package python-simplejson.
