Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: metacity

Whenever I maximize a window by double clicking on the title bar, if I
then try to move a different window by dragging the title bar, the
maximized window is moved instead.

It doesn't happen if I maximize the window by clicking on the maximize
button in the title bar, only when I double click the title bar.

I can prevent it from happening by clicking on another window after
having maximized the first window, but this triggers another, presumably
related bug (possibly even the underlying cause of this bug):

When I maximize a window by double clicking on the title bar, and then
click on the title bar of another window, the focus is transfered back
to the maximized window! I have to click on the other window *again* to
give it focus. This only happens when I click on the title bar of the
other window, not when I click on the client area of the window.
