Affects me. Might only occur during the initial authorisation exchange
with Launchpad. I didn't see the fault when I re-ran apport-collect once
authorisation has happened.

Martin, this bug consistently prevents bug reporters from running
'apport-collect' when we need them to. I think we need to get this
fixed for lucid.
