Binary package hint: oem-config
On the first boot, (after oem-config-prepare) I tried adding a user
named 'staff' which apparently failed due to there already being a
'staff' group... (I saw that on the command line when I tried later)
oem-config failed to add the 'staff' user, but _did_ remove the 'oem'
user, leaving a graphically unusable machine.
