Also, it would really help if you could at least run apport so we can
get extra information about your system. Please open a terminal and
execute the following command, as it will automatically gather debugging
information:
apport-collect 516745
This will help us to find and resolve the problem.
No worries, we understand that not all Ubuntu users are comfortable with
