Binary package hint: update-manager

I did an upgrade on a laptop, not realizing that it was running on the
battery. During the installation (after everything was downloaded) the
battery was empty and the laptop shut down (don't know whether it was
graceful or not). I think the upgrade should warn the user when the
computer is running on battery power, and perhaps even refuse to
continue while this is so.
