Actually - looking at the traceback.
File /usr/bin/bootchart, line 20, in module
from pybootchartgui.main import main
ImportError: No module named pybootchartgui.main
It seems more like some of the files are missing. Can you try to
reinstall pybootchartgui and see if it helps?
