I got this bug, too. On my second monitor, which uses a second xserver,
I discover partial the same problems:
+clicking on folders/files works always.
-toolbar does only work for one "free" single click. after this click: no
response - also the toolbuttons are not highlighted
My 3 possible ways
The Nautilus session on the second head also ignores the mouse wheel
while other applications respond normally.
