Public bug reported:
A fresh installation of UBUNTU 9.10, trying to activate nvidia driver
version 195 under Administration -> Hardware Drivers. It gets about 1/3
through the installation and then stops indefinitely. I tried it several
times. I eventually manually installed 195 drivers directly from nvidia
site.
I have a GT 220 graphics card running on an Asus K8N4-E Deluxe
motherboard with an AMD64 single core CPU and with 3GB RAM. I'm running
32 bit UBUNTU 9.10
