Binary package hint: grub2

I am not able to see the new kernel entries in initial boot up screen. I
have about 10+ kernels (all Ubuntu updates) but can not seem to see the
latest .19 version - I can not see anything earlier than .17 kernel on
the initial boot up screen. I even add the new kernel to 40_custom and
it still does not show up.
