What I expected to happen:
makedumpfile complete without error

What happened instead:
makedumpfile ends early with the error "The kernel version is not supported"

It appears that the patch debian/patches/02-Add_x86_64_linux-2.6.31.patch
does not update the #define LATEST_VERSION in makedumpfile.h which still refers 
to 2.6.29.  

Changing this allows makedumpfile to complete without error.
