Public bug reported:
See attached screenshot showing Gimp's image resolution dialog,
correctly recognizing page size, and gnome's default print dialog, which
does not allow sizing of images to multiple pages.
There is no obvious way in ubuntu to print a large image across multiple
pages - and there're a lot of people needing this feature. I tried using
lp directly, but that didn't print anything (the document was stuck as
"processing" for 10 minutes.)
