The running kernel is 2.6.33-999-generic, which is a crack build. These kernels are unsupported and are meant only for testing the very latest linux kernel, which may or may not be in a valid state. As such, I am moving this bug to the 'Invalid' state. If you can reproduce this issue on an Ubuntu
