Looking at the apt log, it seems that... 1) First entering language support just upgraded OpenOffice and other packages, 2) Adding Finnish to available languages removed OpenOffice. Here's that log entry: Start-Date: 2010-02-20 15:43:43 Install: libmalaga7 (7.12-3), language-pack-fi-base

How can I target this for Lucid, as that's where this belongs? ubuntu- bug didn't do that for me. This is certainly just an alpha issue, and I wonder if it's non- reproducible as I couldn't find it reported before. -- language support removes openoffice and breaks packages
