It does not give an option for Epson Stylus C86 in the printer driver options. You can not even select an Epson Stylus C86 because it is not an option to select in your drop down list. For this reason I have left for PClinuxOS. Also a KDE product that seems to have no problem giving the correct

This is a problem of the printer setup tool. If the default/recommended driver of a printer entry does not exist in the installed Foomatic database, the tool should not create a menu entry for this driver. It should behave as there was no default driver. Returning bug to kdebase ... ** Changed

The gutenprint driver does work, but it assumes letter as paper size which it shouldn´t on a german installation. Can you attach the output of the printingbug info script and the CUPS error_log for this problem as described here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems. -- Epson C86
