This could easily be done using fuse. I don't believe we will include
this in the kernel because it 1) doesn't seem to be maintained 2)
doesn't enable any non-working hardware 3) is not SMP safe.
This is a good candidate for someone to package out of tree and put in
universe.

I'll reopen the bug as wishlist bug about including cdemu. Note you can
just use one of the many tools convert bin2iso and then just loopback
mount that.
