Omar, the statement you made see link below, is not correct. It fails to report
the Kernel bug because the user is on an older kernel and can not report a bug
on the updated kernel. It happens any time you try to report a bug on a kernel
you are not booted into.

The package from PPA are also affected by the problem , It is impossible
to send the bug report which I believe does not help developers ...

How can this bug be a duplicate of 497796. It fails to report bug at
first try and successfully reports bug if tried just after that without
updating apt-cache. This problem only happens once after installing
lucid
