We aren't using the regression-potential tag anymore - regression-
release should be used for both the development release and a stable
release (which maverick is).

As this is not present only on i386 (can confirm presence on amd64) and remains
in Maverick, I've changed the tags accordingly.
Further, since the dependency conflict information was present in Karmic and

I can confirm this, with Kubuntu maverick dev.
If you don't remove network-manager you can connect with wicd only with
ethernet, otherwise in wi-fi mode you'll get a password error message
