I'll mark this as "rejected", since it "works as intented".
Thank you for your report - it's technically correct.
But there is no proper way to fix this unless the output is wider (as
per the attached patch) or we add an extra line for that - both
solutions would be ugly.

Thank you for your report. I can confirm this on both Debian Etch and
Ubuntu Feisty.
The data itself is correct. It reflects the "Cached" information from
/proc/meminfo. But since top prepends that line with "Swap:", one would
guess that's swap related, where it isn't.
